I. Health Coaching

A health coach is someone who works 1:1 or in a group setting with clients who are needing help achieving health goals, such as:

  • Weight loss

  • Increased energy

  • Decreased pain/inflammation

  • Improved sleep

  • Stress management

  • Improved digestion

  • Hormone balance

Have you been to multiple doctors, tried numerous diets, and are still struggling to get the results you want to achieve? We will cover a variety of topics to get to the ROOT of the problem and work together to discover a plan that suits your family life, work hours, and interests. I believe everyone has a unique story to tell, and that story needs to be told in order to find an OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLNESS BALANCE. 

We can meet virtually or in-person. We will start with a health consultation, where we will discuss your medical history and health goals, then determine how health coaching can improve your life! Then, depending on your history and goals - we will develop a plan with a number of sessions  (~50 minutes each) and discover what's been holding you back from reaching your goals.  I believe true health cannot be obtained by taking a pill and sitting back, so instead we will work to develop skills to enable lasting changes. Over the course of our time together, we can work through life changes (at your job, with your family, through holidays, travel) and navigate accordingly.  We will discuss and implement positive changes in:

  • Nutrition

  • Exercise (cardio, strength, and flexibility)

  • Relationships

  • Career

  • Spirituality

  • Stress management

I can observe your movement patterns (posture, work environment, exercise routine), take a peek at your pantry and home environment, help you with cooking/meal planning, assist you to develop stress management therapies, equip you to set boundaries, realize your hobbies and interests, pursue your dreams and goals, and much more!

*I can also get detailed labs from Rupa Health, to possibly learn more about what's going on with your metabolic health, hormones, and more!

Ultimately, lifestyle changes will also PREVENT disease, rather than disguising your symptoms with medications. This can create a ripple effect to your family, friends, and community! It is my goal to educate the community at large and help to transform our current healthcare model from "disease-driven" to "prevention-focused"! It is time to PUT THE POWER IN YOUR HANDS!


Consults are $50 (60-90 minutes). A typical program would consist of 6 sessions, ideally spaced 2 weeks between each session. Total cost is $600. We will implement 2-3 goals at each session, so you can begin habit-stacking and easily implement these changes into your lifestyle. You have the option to pay in full (which includes a 5% discount) or in monthly or bi-monthly payments, whichever works best for you.

II. Personal Training:

One-on-one custom sessions personalized to fit your needs and help you to experience YOUR BEST LIFE!

$50/month for online workouts through Trainerize app (workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment!!!)

III. Small Group Fitness:

Small group fitness (maximum of 4 per class) = Less $ than personal training but still provides some one-on-one time with me to get proper form which means faster results and less risk of injury.


Strategic, easy-to-follow movements that assist with:

  • Arthritis

  • Back pain

  • Balance

  • Losing weight

  • Hormone issues

  • Past injuries and/or surgeries in which you haven't fully recovered



Currently Mondays & Thursdays: Times determined based on individual requests.

  • Self-myofascial release
